We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Caretaker to help us maintain high standards in one of our specialist care homes. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and well-being of those we support, helping create a safe space where people can truly thrive.M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily maintenance and minor repair tasks—keeping everything ticking smoothly• Conducting regular checks on buildings, vehicles, safety equipment, and outdoor areas• Supporting refurbishments, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations• Keeping everything secure, clean, and calming—for residents, visitors, and staff alike
