Cargo Compliance & Customs Specialist (ACE/AMS)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree completed.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Experience in international cargo operations and electronic cargo manifest transmission.
• Experience with ACE and/or AMS systems and knowledge of CBP regulations.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and airport stations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (required).

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve ACE/AMS and electronic manifest-related issues.
• Investigate transmission errors and coordinate corrective actions.
• Follow up on regulatory requirements for U.S.-bound and U.S.-related operations.
• Provide technical support and user training.
• Generate incident reports and drive continuous process improvement.
