Cargo Sales Officer (Air Cargo)

📍 Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
💰 Salary: Up to S$3,000
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales activities by contacting customer accounts, identifying shipping requirements, and introducing new airline cargo solutions.
• Promote airline cargo space and service offerings based on customers' shipping requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, rates, and service proposals.
• Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or GSA-related roles.
• Familiar with airline cargo space promotion, rate negotiation, and client coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
