CargoWise Project Manager
Summary
Project Manager leads data unification and process optimization for CargoWise and Enterprise systems, focusing on Accounts Receivable/Payable and Party Management in the logistics domain.
Account Receivable (phase 1) and Accounts Payable (phase 2) master data.
Unification 9 digit Party Management (Stream 1).
Evaluation of Enterprise or CargoWise as system(s) of record.
Unify FXL account set-up process with Enterprise process.
Unify account naming convention and hierarchy in alignment with Enterprise.
Define impacts unification (process, account naming & convention) to FXL legacy systems (such as: CW, E-Trans, Duplex, billing interfaces, reporting).
Develop governance approach for maintenance and management master data party records.
Validate, revise enterprise API (match vs. always-create logic) with FXL legacy systems.
Review and optimize existing operating model party management.
Validate, cleanse and enrichment Masterdata FXL Legacy system (Stream 2).
Develop and implement process for cleaning-up master-data in chosen system of record and the downstream applications (AR, AP).
Need an experience Project Manager with Financial background and as this type of projects done in the past, preferably in the logistics industry and with CargoWise expertise.
