CARPENTER

Perform carpentry works, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wooden structures and fittings.

Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.

Install doors, door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and other wooden fixtures.

Measure, mark, cut, and assemble wood and other carpentry materials according to project requirements.

Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Carry out repair, maintenance, and renovation works.

Ensure all carpentry works meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe working environment.

Complete assigned work within project schedules and deadlines.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant carpentry experience.

Able to read and understand construction drawings.

Knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and installation techniques.

Skilled in measuring, cutting, drilling, assembling, and finishing woodwork.

Able to operate hand tools and power tools.

Good workmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.

Must follow workplace safety rules and regulations.

Relevant carpentry certification or technical training will be an advantage.
