Position Overview

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by Company insurance.
- Previous carpenter experience.
- Consistent attendance with the ability to report to work on time and maintain reliable work hours.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions.
- Positive communication with others.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Comfortable and able to work at a fast pace.
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Ability to work from ladders.
- Attentive to detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial restoration repairs, including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, cabinets, doors, trim, and general rebuilding due to water, fire, and other damage.
- Complete demolition, debris removal, and job site preparation while maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, manage materials and equipment, and follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, mitigation teams, subcontractors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Provide professional customer interactions while delivering quality workmanship that meets company standards, building codes, and project specifications.
