About the role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Carpenter Supervisor to lead our carpentry team within a fast-paced, manufacturing-based modular construction environment. This individual will oversee daily carpentry operations, coordinate labor and workflows, and ensure our production teams consistently meet established standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in carpentry, construction, or related trade, along with the leadership skills necessary to coach employees, solve problems, and keep production on schedule. This role requires someone who can lead from the floor, demonstrate proper techniques, hold the team accountable, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Unlike traditional jobsite construction, our manufacturing environment allows us to build with consistency, precision, and efficiency. The Carpenter Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring our modular building components and assemblies meet VBC's quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
