Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and repair various building products such as cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall. You will conduct building inspections, identify needed repairs, document work, and ensure tools and equipment are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, insulation, tile, drywall, doors, and windows to meet building specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to ensure reliable performance
• Perform work following safety best practices to protect yourself and others on site
• Conduct building inspections to identify repair needs and assess structural conditions
• Document repairs and maintain thorough records to track work progress and compliance
• Cut, shape, and alter materials accurately to fit project requirements
• Measure and mark materials precisely for alterations to ensure proper installation
