Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and repair various building products such as cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall. You will conduct building inspections, identify needed repairs, document work accurately, and maintain tools and equipment safely.

• Install cabinets, insulation, tile, drywall, doors, and windows to meet building specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to ensure reliable performance
• Perform all work following established safety best practices to protect yourself and others
• Conduct thorough building inspections to identify repair needs and prioritize tasks
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately to maintain detailed records
• Cut, shape, and alter materials precisely to fit project requirements
• Measure and mark materials accurately to guide alterations and installations
