CASA Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated CASA Sales Officer to join our team in Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products, as well as credit cards, through effective field sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a strong understanding of banking products to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers for CASA and credit card products. - Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell banking products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
