Summary/Objective
Churches United (CU) provides housing focused case management services for men, women, and families across Micah’s Mission. CU works to address the root cause of homelessness by increasing incomes and connecting guests to community services with a goal of increasing housing stability and preventing a return to shelter.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Case Manager Caseload
- Oversee all Case Management within Churches United.
- Coordinate and convene Case Management meetings.
- Work closely with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Shelter Director, and Shelter Desk Lead.
- Follow Core Values and Mission of Churches United
- Work with Chief Compliance Analytics Officer to ensure compliance with data, HMIS, CARES, etc.
- Orient and Evaluate all Case Managers.
- Network with other social service agencies in the community.
- Any other duties as assigned or needed.
