Case Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

The Case Manager, under general direction of the Lead Case Manager and Director/Regional Director, provides comprehensive case management to the homeless population by utilizing a trauma-informed care, strengths-based approach in all aspects of therapeutic community living to provide quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.
