Case Manager

Herrman & Herrman is looking for a case manager to assist a lawyer. The individual must be an eager learner, friendly and have a positive work ethic.

The job duties include:

• Setting up case files and insurance claims.
• Keeping an organized list of files.
• Managing a client database.
• Taking phone calls and messages for attorney.
• Setting appointments.
• Corresponding with clients by email, mail or fax.
• Must be experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook.
