NewBe an early applicantProgram Overview: The College Initiative Case Manager works directly with the College or University to provide housing and other basic needs services to homeless and at risk students. Many students are in recovery from drug and/or alcohol addictions, have mental health diagnoses, or are dually diagnosed. Many students are former foster youth. Many have experienced domestic violence, abandonment, or abuse. Case management services assist in achieving and maintaining housing stability, developing skills for self-sufficiency, and providing support for completing college.
