Responsibilities

• Assist the sales force daily in handling incoming commercial prospects and advancing policy files.
• Liaise directly with insurance underwriters regarding coverage submissions, risk assessment conditions, and status updates.
• Verify that entry forms, verification papers, and coverage records are correctly filled out and filed.
• Facilitate client onboarding workflows by scheduling clinical examinations, managing buyer records, overseeing logistics, and handling other early-stage processing milestones.
• Draft contract files and manage administrative tasks following submittal, including user demands and refund procedures.
• Act as a central link for consultants, consumers, underwriters, and corporate units, answering questions and tracking unresolved issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal units to guarantee files transition seamlessly from first filing to final contract delivery.
• Enhance your professional understanding of asset protection vehicles, financial services, and related banking workflows through continuous workplace education.
  

Requirements

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Possess three to four years of applicable professional background in the underwriting, wealth advisory, or financial operations fields.
• Prior experience in new business processing, case management is a must.
• Possess exceptional administrative abilities with precision and the capacity to oversee various customer files at once.
• Maintain full confidence working alongside diverse business partners and tracking highly time-sensitive operational milestones.
