Purpose of Position: The purpose of the Case Manager position will be to join a team of social workers to provide social services that enhance the clients’ overall quality of life and increase their access to a variety of resources. Our focus is on financial stability, health and wellness, food, and housing security. Schedule: Monday through Friday 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $47,000-$55,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
