Job Title: Case Management Opportunities (Multiple Roles & Locations Available)
Locations: Newton, McPherson, & Hillsboro, KS
Pay: Starting at $24.15 / hour + Monthly Bonus Potential (Commensurate with experience for Lead role)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift with Flexible Scheduling)

We offer diverse pathways tailored to your passion—ranging from early childhood development and school-based support to employment coaching and clinical leadership.
Open Positions Include:
- School-Based Case Managers: Work directly inside local Middle Schools and High Schools, bridging clinical care with the classroom to help students (ages 11–18) build resilience, life skills, and academic success.
- Early Childhood & Family Case Management: Provide strengths-based support, parenting education, and home/community interventions for young children and their caregivers.
- Employment Support Case Management: Guide adult clients through vocational training, job placement, workplace skill-building, and long-term employment retention.
- Lead Case Manager: Step into a senior role providing team mentorship, care coordination leadership, and advanced caseload support.
- Community-Based Case Management: Support youth, adults, and families in home and community settings to de-escalate crisis, foster healthy routines, and connect with vital local resources.
What You’ll Do
- Direct Client Support: Deliver strengths-based interventions tailored to your specific focus area (classrooms, early childhood settings, workplaces, or community spaces).
- Care Coordination: Partner closely with clinicians, educators, employers, and treatment teams to ensure integrated, effective care plans.
- Resource Advocacy: Link clients and families to essential wrap-around services, community programs, and local support systems.
- Crisis De-Escalation: Provide trauma-informed support and de-escalation tailored to client and family needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely progress notes in compliance with state and agency standards.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related human services field.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
- Requirements: Valid Kansas Driver’s License, reliable transportation, clear driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
- Mindset: Flexibility, a team-player attitude, and a strong drive to see clients succeed.
