The National Center on Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA), through its Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center (HJH/VTC), is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager | Supportive Services Specialist to support individuals as they pursue vocational training and long-term employment opportunities.

What You'll Do
As a Case Manager, you'll work directly with participants to help them navigate challenges, connect with resources, and reach their employment goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide supportive, client-centered case management services.
- Assist participants in identifying and overcoming barriers to training and employment.
- Connect individuals with community resources and supportive services such as transportation, housing, healthcare, childcare, and other needs.
- Develop and maintain Individual Employment Development Plans (IEDPs).
- Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing encouragement and support.
- Collaborate with staff, employers, training providers, and community partners.
- Document services, case notes, and participant outcomes using electronic systems.
- Support compliance with program requirements, grant guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and professional development activities.
