Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- AA degree or equivalent professional and community experience.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Two or more years of experience in social work, youth development, psychology, sociology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of case management best practices.
- Familiarity with SFUSD and San Francisco communities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet program outcomes and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including youth with varied cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds.
- Ability to implement youth development practices and assess programs for alignment with organizational goals.
- Proficiency with computers, including Windows, Word, Excel, databases, internet tools, and social media.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict mediation. Must maintain a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and community experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in social work, case management, youth development, or trauma-informed practices.
