Case Manager-UR/Case Mgmt, Per Diem, Day Shift

JOB TITLE: RN, UR/Case Management

REPORTS TO: Director, UR/Case Management

POSITION SUMMARY: Conducts all activities connected with case management for all patients in the hospital. Maintains current knowledge of all regulations. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of UR experience in an acute care setting preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current RN California License, current BLS.
