As the Case Prep Project Manager, you will lead case prep projects, manage communication with our B2B clients, support team coordination, and coordinate with the AI team for process and product improvement. You will become a member of our project management team and work under Paul Monson, our CCO.
This role requires project management capabilities, strong communication skills, business immigration awareness, and the ability to independently manage stakeholders and priorities. This role does not involve writing case prep documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee case prep projects from initiation through delivery.
- Review case prep drafts developed by the writing team and revise to ensure that client needs are met and our product is delivered in line with quality standards.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points related to both client communication and project coordination proactively.
- Monitor project quality, scope, and delivery expectations and support resource planning and prioritization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients and strive to build long-term professional relationships.
- Lead B2B client meetings, status updates, and project discussions.
- Manage B2B client expectations and communicate risks or changes effectively.
- Contribute insights from client interactions and AI tool testing sessions to leadership discussions to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify and streamline operational bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
We consider everyone in our business plan writing and project management teams qualified for this position, as all of you have:
- 2+ years of experience in immigration case preparation, immigration operations legal-support services, or related project coordination environments
- Direct exposure to immigration industry
- Experience working with attorneys or legal teams - whether by handling document revisions or direct client meetings
- Experience handling multiple cases simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
