As a Cash Accountant, you'll ensure accurate cash transactions, reconciliations, and financial records while collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Cash Application teams.

What You'll Do

Validate and reconcile daily cash transactions against bank statements, systems, and supporting documentation.

Prepare cash clearing entries, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

Support month-end closing, outstanding checks, reclassifications, and reconciliation schedules.

Monitor Positive Pay, stop-payment requests, and credit card transaction discrepancies.

Investigate banking exceptions, unidentified transactions, and cash variances.

Maintain accurate financial records, internal controls, and audit-ready documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

0–3 years of experience in accounting, cash operations, treasury, general ledger, or shared services. Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Basic knowledge of cash accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, OneStream, Eclipse, or similar systems is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

Conversational English (B2+) required.
