Role Overview

Ensure daily cash activity is accurate, reconciled, and properly recorded. You will support cash clearing, journal entries, outstanding checks, and banking exception resolution while working closely with Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Cash Application teams.

What You'll Do

• Validate and reconcile daily cash transactions against bank activity, source systems, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare cash clearing and journal entries; investigate open or aged items and support timely general ledger reconciliation.
• Execute month-end cash close tasks, including outstanding check summaries, reclassifications, and reconciliation schedules.
• Monitor Positive Pay, validate stop-payments, and investigate credit card transaction discrepancies between processors and ERP records.
• Research banking exceptions, rejected or unidentified transactions, and cash variances, coordinating resolutions with Treasury and Finance.
• Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with established accounting policies and controls.
• Identify recurring processing issues to drive process standardization and quality improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, cash/treasury operations, shared services, or related finance operations (Entry-level candidates welcome).
• Foundational understanding of cash accounting, journal entries, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, to organize recurring tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERPs or accounting platforms (SAP/SAP S/4HANA, Eclipse, Oracle, OneStream, or BlackLine) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to investigate exceptions.
• Conversational English (B2+) required.
