The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cash logistics operations, ensuring the efficient management of cash transportation, collection, and replenishment processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the security and integrity of cash handling operations while optimizing route planning and ATM operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate cash logistics operations, including cash collection, transportation, and ATM cash replenishment. - Develop and implement effective route planning strategies to ensure timely and secure cash deliveries. - Monitor and manage cash logistics teams, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline cash management processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of cash handling procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and prepare reports for management review. Required Skills: - Proven experience in cash logistics, cash management, or related fields. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of ATM operations and CIT (Cash-in-Transit) processes. - Familiarity with route planning and optimization techniques. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
