About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Cash Management Stream Lead to join a major transformation programme within a leading global Investment Management organisation.

This is a business-facing leadership role where you will own the Cash Management workstream, partnering with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of a strategic transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Cash Management workstream within a large-scale transformation programme.

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Cash Management processes.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, Programme Management, and external vendors.

• Analyse, design, and optimise cash management workflows and operational processes.

• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

• Produce business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.

• Support solution design and implementation activities.

• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness.

• Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

• Ensure seamless integration across investment operations functions.

• Provide guidance and support to business users throughout programme delivery.

Required Experience

Essential

• Extensive experience leading Cash Management workstreams within Asset Management or Investment Management organisations.

• Strong understanding of investment operations and post-trade processing.

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation or implementation programmes.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leadership.

• Strong business analysis and process improvement capabilities.

• Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

Technical Expertise

Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of:

• Trade Processing

• Cash Accruals

• Fees

• Subscription & Redemption (Subs/Reds)

• Cash Sweeps

• Derivative Cash Outputs

• Cash Buckets

• Front Office Operations

• Middle Office Operations

• API Coverage / System Integrations

• Front Office Oversight

Preferred Experience

• Experience within global Asset Managers or Investment Banks.

• Knowledge of investment accounting and portfolio management.

• Experience working with APIs and enterprise system integrations.

• Exposure to investment platforms and data integration initiatives.

• Experience delivering projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
