Cash Reconciliation Manager

Our Cash Reconciliation team plays a key role in ensuring the accurate allocation and posting of bank transactions within our Global Accounting department. As a Cash Reconciliation Manager, you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.

Main Tasks:

• Reconcile bank and clearing account balances as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Allocate bank transactions to the corresponding business transactions.
• Process and post financial transactions in our accounting system, Oracle.
• Investigate and clarify account discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and improving accounting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in accounting or a similar role.
• A structured, independent, and reliable working style, with a strong understanding of numbers and good analytical skills.
• A high affinity for IT systems and proficiency in common Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

The place of work will be at AUTO1 Albania headquarters, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Kompleksi E88, Tiranë, Albania.
