Cashier and Customer Service Administrator

About the role

At Grupo Crit, a company specialized in human resources management, we connect talent with new professional opportunities. Currently, we are looking to hire a Cashier and Customer Service Administrator to cover a maternity/paternity leave replacement.

We are looking for an organized, meticulous person with a customer orientation, who has experience in cashier tasks, payment management, and public service.

What you'll do

• Manage the collection of customer tickets at the counter for the sale of spare parts, both in cash and by card.
• Perform the delivery of goods to customers.
• Manage the return of goods to the warehouse.
• Perform the settlements for delivery drivers.
• Manage the collection of invoices.
• Perform the cash balancing and reconciliation at the end of the working day.
• Guarantee agile, cordial, and efficient customer service.

What we're looking for

• Training preferably at the Higher Vocational Training level in Administration and Finance.
• Previous experience in similar positions, performing cashier, collection, and customer service functions.
• An organized, meticulous, and responsible person, with the ability to manage cash operations with precision.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in an orderly manner and pay attention to details.

What you'll get

• Temporary contract to cover a leave of absence for family care, initially until December 13th, with the possibility of extension.
• Part-time employment.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 14:15 h, and alternating Saturdays, from 09:00 to 14:00 h.
