Cashier

About the role

Reporting to the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of CASHIER at 20h/week for our store in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).

What you'll do

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

- Customer service and information.

- Delivery and exchange of merchandise to customers

- Managing sales and returns

- Payment for merchandise

- General support for the store.

What we're looking for

A person with proper training, a clear customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. Someone who is friendly, empathetic, and positive.

We will value previous experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector.

Good presentation and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, and organizational skills.

Availability to work part-time from Monday to Sunday and holidays established by each Community is essential, respecting the weekly rest established in the department store collective agreement.
