Job Summary
As a VIP Host, you will serve as a key ambassador for both Levy's renowned hospitality culture and the immersive guest experience of Netflix House. You will welcome VIP guests, assist with premium experiences, support reservations and special events, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in fast-paced entertainment environments, and take pride in delivering personalized service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset.
- Facilitate VIP check-in, reservations, and premium guest experiences.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding attractions, food and beverage offerings, retail experiences, and special events throughout Netflix House.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns to ensure a seamless visit.
- Create memorable moments through personalized interactions and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with crowd flow management and VIP queue coordination when necessary.
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, retail, and entertainment teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and transactional information when required.
- Support special activations, private events, and promotional experiences.
- Uphold Levy's standards for hospitality, presentation, safety, and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, entertainment, attractions, hotels, restaurants, or customer service environments preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to remain positive, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
