Job description:
- Greet all customers promptly, provide timely professional service
- Monitors cash flow of service department
- Set up & maintains filling system for accounts.
- review accounts payable including invoices, contract, vouchers & purchase order for accuracy.
- Monitor & enforce compliance with company procedure with regarding to cash handling.
- Assist with fix assets counts and stock control.
- Other tasks will assigned by manager/superiors
- Manage cost at reasonable level in line with accounting budget.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree/ institute in Accounting or other related business
- Good communication in English computer & Microsoft
- Organizational Awareness
- Able to work in team
- Ability to solving problems
- Knowledge in accounting system
