Responsibilities
- Execute cash handling procedures and process billing transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to payments and accounts.
- Maintain strict attention to detail during all financial operations to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Operate billing software and perform basic computer tasks required for daily administrative duties.
- Apply specific knowledge of the jewellery industry to handle high-value transactions and client expectations appropriately.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the jewellery sector.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with POS or billing software.
- Exhibit strong customer handling skills with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
- Show exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing cash and records.
- Have a solid understanding of cash handling protocols and billing operations.
- Salary range: ₹3 LPA.
