Currently, and for our store in LÉON, we need to fill a Cashier/After-Sales Customer Service position for 20/25 hours.

What you'll do

- Handling cash register payments efficiently and reliably

- Resolving cash register issues

- Following cash register procedures

- Contributing to meeting department goals

- Customer service and information.

- Delivery and exchange of merchandise to customers

- Managing sales and returns

- Managing orders / supplier changes

- General support for the store.

What we're looking for

- Availability to work part-time from Monday to Saturday is essential.

- We will value previous experience in commerce or experience in the large-scale retail sector.

- Experience in Customer Service in a Call-center

- Previous experience in after-sales.

- Good presence and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, negotiation and organization

- Communication skills, a resourceful, patient person with initiative

- Proficiency in office software and other computer programs.

Minimum requirements

Due to our expansion plans, we will need to fill positions of greater responsibility during the coming years, so we are looking for people with a great capacity for work, geographic mobility within the Peninsula, and a desire to grow professionally.
