What you’ll be serving up...
As a Casual Bar Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our customers and clients. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll help ensure our bar service runs smoothly and efficiently, while creating a positive experience for everyone you serve.

Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner
Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs
Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
Processing cash and card payments accurately using till systems
Checking ID and following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations
Setting up, stocking and replenishing the bar area as required
Maintaining clean, safe and organised bar and service areas
Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
Following COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, licensing and company procedures at all times

Previous experience within a bar, hospitality or customer service environment is desirable
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised when required
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations is desirable, but training will be provided
