Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Help individuals access meaningful community and social opportunities.
• Administer medication and assist with basic financial tracking.
• Follow individual care plans and strict risk assessments.
• Promote personal dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
