Casual Night Auditor

Open 47d

At The Loren, we believe hospitality is more than service; it's a calling to inspire, elevate, and leave the world better than we found it. We believe in creating more than just exceptional hotels, residences, and restaurants, we build experiences that celebrate culture, beauty, community, and conservation.

As part of our team, you’ll help shape a world where guests and employees alike feel connected: to nature, to each other, and to themselves. Together, we strive to leave a lasting legacy, ensuring that what we do today positively impacts the generations of tomorrow.

As a Casual Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly and reliable presence our guests meet during the overnight hours. This role blends front desk service, guest support, and basic nightly financial tasks. You’ll help create a smooth and safe experience for guests while keeping operations running calmly and professionally through the night.

Your responsibilities include assisting late‑night arrivals and early‑morning departures, completing check‑ins and check‑outs, and responding to guest needs with efficiency and care. You’ll help maintain property security, conduct simple safety checks, and support overnight communication. On the financial side, you’ll balance daily transactions, post outstanding charges, run the end‑of‑day process, and prepare essential reports to set the next day up for success.

This position is ideal for someone with front desk or night audit experience who enjoys working independently and staying organized. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with PMS systems (Opera preferred) are key. If you’re dependable, calm under pressure, and enjoy providing great service, you’ll thrive in this overnight role.
