The Role

As a Casual Therapist in our Amala Spa, your main responsibilities will include delivering a wide range of professional beauty and spa treatments — including massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing (aesthetic services). You will ensure every guest receives a relaxing and personalised experience in line with our spa standards.

You will also support daily spa operations by preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and assisting with guest enquiries.

This position offers flexible working arrangements on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities\:

• Provide professional spa and beauty treatments safely and consistently.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the spa.

• Prepare and restock treatment rooms to ensure they are guest‑ready at all times.

• Upsell and promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
