Casual Warehouse Team Members

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic and reliable Casual Warehouse Team Members to join our Distribution Centre team.

Whether you’ve worked in a warehouse before or come from a fashion retail or customer service background, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our DC team, you’ll play an important role in the Petal & Pup customer experience, helping ensure every order is picked, packed and dispatched accurately and with care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Picking and dispatching customer orders quickly and accurately
• Quality checking and carefully packaging garments
• Supporting inventory management and stock movements
• Working towards daily team targets and KPIs
• Keeping work areas organised and running efficiently
• Supporting the wider DC team with general warehouse duties

About You

You might already have warehouse experience, or you may be looking to bring your fashion retail and customer service experience into a new environment.

We’d especially love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in fashion retail, customer service, stock operations or a similar fast-paced environment
• Understand what goes into creating a great customer experience
• Have a genuine interest in fashion and the Petal & Pup brand
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting things right
• Are motivated by achieving targets and working towards shared goals
• Enjoy being part of a team while also being confident working independently
• Are reliable, proactive and bring a positive attitude to work
• Are happy to jump in, learn and help wherever needed

Warehouse experience is great, but it isn’t essential. If you have a strong retail or customer service background and the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
