Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure
- Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction
- Provide informed recommendations on resort facilities, dining, local attractions, and transport options
- Process guest profiles and payment transactions with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare operational reports for team use
- Deliver personalised service that consistently exceeds guest expectations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality
- Professional Certificate, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Hospitality or related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain friendly and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
