We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cat Care Assistant to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident handling cats and has hands-on experience caring for cats.

🐾 Job Scope

• Feeding, playing with and caring for our feline guests

• Cleaning litter boxes, cat cabins and common areas

• Monitoring cats’ appetite, behaviour and general well-being

• Basic cat care, including:

* Cleaning eyes and ears

* Nail clipping

* Brushing and basic grooming

* Assisting with check-in/check-out of cat guests

* Maintaining a clean, hygienic and comfortable environment for all cats

⭐ Preferred Skills

Experience with the following would be a strong advantage:

• Administering oral medication to cats

• Applying topical medication / parasite prevention such as Revolution

• Handling shy, nervous or less cooperative cats

• Recognising basic signs of illness or unusual behaviour

🐱 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience caring for cats is required

• Confident handling cats of different breeds and temperaments

• Patient, gentle, responsible and attentive to details

• Punctual and reliable

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be available to work during peak holiday periods, especially Christmas and Chinese New Year

• Weekend and Public Holiday availability is preferred

Experience working at a cat hotel, veterinary clinic, grooming salon, pet shop or animal shelter will be an advantage.

💰 Hourly Rate: $10/hour - $12/hour

📍 Location: T&J Cat Inn, 787 Geylang Road, #02-01

🕘 Operating Hours: 9am – 8pm
