CAT Mentor
Summary
Provide in-person mentoring and support to children and families in Charlotte County as part of a mental health treatment team, working across schools and homes.
Position Summary:
- Provide mentoring and supportive services to children ages 11 – 21 with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders as part of the Children’s Community Action Treatment Team (CAT).
- Provide services in the community; including school, home, etc.
- Develop positive relationships by providing guidance and facilitating interactions and services for children and their families in Charlotte County.
- Observe behaviors and family interactions and provide vital feedback to team members.
- Interact with community partners and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Hours include evenings and on-call, as necessary or assigned.
