職缺名稱: Catalog Operation Specialist - Voice of Seller 商品資料營運優化專員
職務說明: 在 Coupang，我們致力於在不犧牲賣家便利性的前提下，為消費者提供卓越的商品選擇。本職位主要負責管理 Coupang 自營（Retail）與第三方賣家（3P）商品的核心商品目錄營運，包括商品資料的建立、編輯與下架，以及團隊成員（Operators）的訓練與指導。Voice of Seller（VOS）團隊是處理賣家商品目錄相關問題的主要聯絡窗口。我們與工程（Engineering）、客服（Customer Support）等跨部門團隊密切合作，持續提升 Coupang 商品目錄的整體品質。透過制定並遵循服務水準協議（SLA），我們確保能即時且準確地回應賣家的需求。除了日常問題處理外，我們亦負責識別重複性問題的根本原因，並將其升級至相關部門，以推動長期解決方案，防止問題再次發生。
工作內容：
• 針對賣家回報之商品目錄相關問題進行根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）
• 透過 Buybox（購買選項）設定優化重點商品，並支援專案執行，以提升整體消費者購物體驗
• 辨識系統錯誤並提出改善需求，與相關團隊溝通協作，以防止問題重複發生
• 能依據既有規範與作業流程（SOP），獨立完成工作任務
• 依照標準作業流程（SOP），審核賣家申請內容並提供正確且一致的指引與回覆
• 透過 Buybox（購買選項）設定優化重點商品，並支援專案執行，以提升整體消費者購物體驗
• 辨識系統錯誤並提出改善需求，與相關團隊溝通協作，以防止問題重複發生
• 能依據既有規範與作業流程（SOP），獨立完成工作任務
• 依照標準作業流程（SOP），審核賣家申請內容並提供正確且一致的指引與回覆
基本條件：
• 熟悉 Excel 操作，或對數據分析具高度興趣
• 具備賣家或客戶諮詢／客服相關經驗
• 對電子商務營運模式具備扎實理解
