The Role
The Catalogue Marketing Manager will drive creative, commercially focused campaigns across Fontana’s diverse catalogue. You will manage projects from concept to release, developing marketing strategies that span physical retail, outdoor, digital, online and creator platforms.
Working closely with artist teams, managers and label departments, you will ensure catalogue campaigns complement new releases and deliver real audience and revenue growth. You will identify key tracks, reissue opportunities and new product ideas, oversee vinyl and physical formats, and brief creative partners to produce distinctive visuals and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Lead catalogue product management from concept to release, ensuring creative and commercial excellence
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
Work directly with artist teams, management and frontline marketing to align catalogue and new release activity
Identify key catalogue and track opportunities using audience insights and data
Oversee vinyl and physical product development including budgets and manufacturing
Brief designers and creative partners to produce strong campaign assets
Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Content and Operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Track campaign results and report on performance and revenue growth
Skills & Experience
Experience in music marketing, catalogue or product management within a label or music company
A strong commercial eye and data-informed approach to identifying opportunities
Proven ability to create and execute multi-channel campaigns
Confident working directly with artists, managers and internal teams
Understanding of vinyl and physical production processes
Organised, proactive and detail-focused, able to manage multiple projects
A creative and collaborative team player with a passion for catalogue music and the artistry that defines Fontana
Strong interest in our core genre areas of Jazz, Blues, Folk, Soul and Alternative
