What will you do?

• Develop and execute category strategy to drive growth, market share, and profitability

• Lead supplier negotiations and build strong, long-term partnerships

• Manage assortment, pricing, and promotions within the gastro category

• Drive product innovation, including new launches and private label development

• Analyze category performance and implement improvement actions

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

• Identify new opportunities and continuously improve category results
