Location: BGC (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving category strategies, product development, and growth initiatives. This role focuses on both existing and new products, ensuring differentiation and market relevance in the assigned category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned product lines and oversee category performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and growth.
- Plan and implement trade marketing and category development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record in strategy, product innovation, and category management.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently.
