- Use market trends, customer insight and data to identify opportunities and build a competitive, inspiring range.
- Shape future category growth by testing new products, formats and price points.
- Partner with Marketing, Product and Trading teams to deliver category plans and bring key moments to life.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established and emerging partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, commission and exclusivity agreements.
- Work with partners to launch new products and create standout propositions that differentiate our offer.
- Lead regular business reviews to track performance and agree joint growth plans.
- Lead seasonal planning, product launches and campaigns across key trading moments, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
- Analyse category performance and take action to optimise conversion, margin and customer satisfaction.
- Use insight to identify quick wins alongside longer-term innovation opportunities.
- Ensure product content and merchandising support strong presentation and conversion.
- Inspire and support your direct report to deliver great results.
- Champion commercial thinking, creativity and pace across the Partner Growth team.
- Deputise for the Head of Partner Growth when required and represent the team across the wider business.
About You:
- Proven experience in category management, buying or commercial partnerships, ideally within a marketplace or digital gifting environment.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to create and deliver growth strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence using data and insight to make decisions and improve performance.
- Creative and curious approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Collaborative approach, with energy, resilience and adaptability.
