Location: Onsite - Kohler, WIOpportunityKohler Co. is seeking a dynamic Category Manager with a passion for driving results to lead the Showering Fixtures category. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process. The Category Manager will execute a commercial and product strategy to deliver financial results by driving sales and product mix in close collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will exhibit the following: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills High-level presentation/communication skillsLeads with curiosity and creative thinkingDisplays initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organizationSet strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skillsStrong interest in analytics SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Own P&L monthly including Risks & Opportunities for Showering fixtures categoryPrimary point of contact for financial forecasting and S&OE meetings.Owns PMR metrics, insights, and actions based on reporting from sales enablement and/or finance for sub-category.Develop comprehensive pricing & promotional plan for sub-category and own short-term and permanent price changes.Product assortment: select and curate a range of products that align with channel needs and market trends. Collaborate with brand & channel marketing to develop appropriate programs and promotions to deliver quarterly and annual results. Voice of the customer and point of contact for sales team.Work closely with Channel Marketing to support product launches and promotional strategies.Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives.


The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
