Your Responsibilities

  • Team & Operational Leadership - Lead and manage daily operations for a supply team of ~15 members, ensuring execution aligns with priorities, timelines, and quality standards while adapting workload planning to shifting business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Process Efficiency - Track team performance using KPIs to identify workload imbalances, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, taking proactive measures to address them.
  • Coaching & People Development - Identify development needs, offer ongoing feedback, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture that supports growth and accountability.
  • Onboarding & Skill Building - Support onboarding and continuous upskilling of team members through structured guidance, mentorship, and training initiatives.
  • Process Optimization & Problem Solving - Analyze recurring issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and collaborate with Process and Project teams to drive workflow improvements and process stability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation Management - Act as the key contact for Buying Leads and cross-functional partners, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving operational escalations effectively.

Your Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in a retail or service environment with a focus on operations; e-commerce experience is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a results-driven operations team
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, especially operational buying activities such as purchase order creation, follow-up, inbound delivery, and goods receipt
  • Experience identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement or standardization initiatives
  • Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a hands-on mentality and strong ownership mindset; strong analytical acumen.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), particularly procurement and logistics modules. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and ticketing systems such as Jira is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a plus
