Procurement & Category Management

• Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans, and contract initiatives to drive value and business performance.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, cost modelling, and TCO assessments to support procurement decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and relationship management activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Project teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through supplier partnerships and strategic sourcing practices.

Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance on procurement policies, processes, and governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Support implementation of procurement frameworks, standards, and improvement initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on sourcing, contracting, and supplier management matters.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Tax teams on commercial and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to leverage best practices and sourcing synergies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Strategic Sourcing within manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with TCO analysis, cost modelling, and procurement support for capital projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
