Caterer NF-03

This position is located at JBLM American Lake Conference Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs. Orders flowers, decorations, etc.

Analyzes requirements of the occasion and recommends suitable services, menus and beverage items. Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons.

Draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions. Prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheets and contracts.

Assists patrons with time schedules for weddings and other formal functions.

Serves as technical advisor on correct protocol procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
