Catering Event Manager/Event Captain

• The Catering Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various events. This includes coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, and leading event staff to ensure a successful and memorable experience for all attendees.

• Qualifications
• - Proven experience in event planning and management, including coordinating with clients and vendors
• - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and vendors
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
• - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
• - Previous experience in event coordination and catering is required
• - Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
• - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, able to drive vans and navigate to different venues
• - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• - Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations
• - Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude are essential
• - Must be punctual and reliable
• - Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
